How do I make a user a group leader?

  1. Go to your admin/dashboard by clicking the gear icon in the upper right menu.
  2. Your users will need to create an account and purchase a license before you can assign them as leaders. When purchasing a license, they can mark whether they are a leader or not. To quickly see who marked themselves as leaders, click USERS. Look for the hollow head icon by their name.
  3. If someone does not have the hollow head and they are supposed to be a leader, click the pencil icon to edit them. Click their email, and mark them as 'yes.'
  4. Click on GROUPS.
  5. Create a new group and put their name in as the leader. Their user profile should be selected.
  6. Scroll down and click save. They are now a leader, and you can check on their leader status again by going back to USERS. The head should be filled in by their name now.

*Group leaders can customize their group's Journey course based on what you as the church admin have left locked or unlocked. They can also add or invite new members to their group.
