Church admins can create three base courses for their members to use (Blue, Green, and Red). You could set up all three at once or one at a time. You will need to have at least one base course set up for your leaders to create a course for their groups.

We suggest creating your three base color years and not changing them much from year to year. We find this helps as groups multiply. As members become group leaders they generally feel more comfortable and confident to lead others through the same content they went through.

As leaders become comfortable leading through The Journey, they can begin to swap out modules to better fit their group that year depending on how much of the color is left unlocked.

Group leaders are only able to have one active course at a time. Each year they will archive their course, then create a new one using the color your church is using that year.
