Frequently Asked Question
Church admins can create three base courses for their members to use (Blue, Green, and Red). You could set up all three at once or one at a time. You will need to have at least one base course set up for your leaders to create a course for their groups.
We suggest creating your three base color years and not changing them much from year to year. We find this helps as groups multiply. As members become group leaders, they generally feel more comfortable and confident leading others through the same content they have gone through.
As leaders become comfortable leading through The Journey, they can begin swapping out modules to better fit their group that year, depending on how much of the color remains unlocked.

Group leaders can have only one active course at a time. Each year, they will archive their course and create a new one using the color your church uses that year.
