There are two things that might be considered deactivating a user:

1. There are grey and green dots toward the right end of a user's entry on the USERS page:

All you need to do is click on the green dot to deactivate them. You will be prompted to type "DEACTIVATE" (all caps) to confirm. Click the YES DEACTIVATE IT! button. The green dot should turn grey.

If you are referring to archiving the user, follow these steps:

• Go to the right end of the user's name on the USERS page. Find the ACTIONS column at the far right.
• Click on the "archive" icon which looks like a U with an arrow pointing up (it's the one on the right.)
• You will be prompted to type "ARCHIVE" (all caps) to confirm, then click YES ARCHIVE IT!

The user is now archived. If you need to unarchive at a later time, you will do the same thing, just click an unarchive icon (arrow pointing down).
