Admins can use the lock button when they are creating the base curriculum options for their church. If the lock is "closed," your group leaders will not be able to change that module when they are creating their group's course.

For example, if you want all of your groups to do a specific module to line up with a sermon series or capital campaign, simply lock that module so that all groups will have that module in their course.
