Use your mouse or trackpad to select the section of text you want to highlight. As you see in the image below, when you select text there is a pop-up that you will see saying "Highlight." Click on that and you will see that your selected text is highlighted.

Note: You cannot highlight only part of a quotation. You need to select the whole quotation if you want to highlight it.

To remove a highlight, double-click in the highlighted area and click remove.

There is also a "bubble" icon to the right of the text—when you hover over a text area—that will allow you to attach a comment to that paragraph.

When you click on the "bubble" icon you will see the following pop-up:

Note: the highlighting feature works best on your laptop or desktop. We are still working out a few kinks with this feature.
