How do I create a course for my group?

Here is a quick tutorial with directions below it


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on COURSES from the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the CREATE NEW COURSE button.

  4. Enter a course title and date (both are required).

  5. Choose a base Blue, Green, or Red year course - you can customize below.

  6. Drag and drop checks between AVAILABLE MODULES and YOUR MODULES. You can also use the filters on the left to filter by topic, author, or module length.
  7. You need your modules to total 26-30 weeks. Just under YOUR MODULES, you will see a running total.
  8. A few things to notice with the module boxes:
    1. The blue, green, and red dots on some of the boxes represent which modules are from the original base Journey years, and which color year they were in.
    2. The "i" allows you to see an overview of the module - description, author, and unit titles.
    3. The lock icon allows you to "lock" certain modules that you want everyone at your church to go through. If you do not close the lock, your leaders will be able to switch the modules out.
  9. Submit for approval, and your church admin will approve.
