How do I create a course for my group?

Here is a quick tutorial with directions below it:

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Click on "Courses" from the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create New Course" button.

  4. Enter a course title and date (both are required). image
  5. Choose a base Blue, Green, or Red year course - you can customize below.

  6. Drag and drop checks between "Available Sections" and "Your Sections." You can also use the filters on the left to filter by topic, author, or section length.
  7. You need your sections to total 26-30 weeks. Just under "Your Sections" you will see a running total.
  8. A few things to notice with the sections boxes:
    - The blue, green, and red dots on some of the boxes represent which sections are from the original base Journey years, and which color year they were in.
    - The "i" allows you to see an overview of the section - description, author, and unit titles.
    - The lock icon allows you to "lock" certain sections that you want everyone at your church to go through. If you do not close the lock your leaders will be able to switch them out for another section.
  9. Submit for approval and your church admin will approve.
