Try refreshing your page. 

If it still says needs approval, then your Church Admin has not approved your course.

Reach out to your Church Admin and ask them to approve it. 

Some churches ask their leaders to give them 24 hours to approve courses before asking. You should defer to your Church Admin for this one.
