Each Journey Online license is good for 1 year.

What is included in The Journey Online license?

Purchasing a license gives you access to all content and features of the web app. You are not missing anything! One purchase gives you access to everything for the year.

What if I recently purchased a license and it is asking me to purchase it again?

Each license is good for a year. If this is happening, please reach out to us via opening a ticket. We will verify your purchase and make sure you can get into the app.

*Note: Sometimes your church admin may deactivate your license a month or two before the year is up to synchronize collecting payments, but that is up to the church admin at your church.
