The first thing to consider is whether you set up a password for your Journey Online account. There are passwordless options. If you have a Google-hosted email address, your password is the same as your Gmail account password. You will need to reset it in Google to recover that password.
If you are using an email address not hosted through Google, follow these steps:
1. Click the Sign in with email button
2. Enter your email address and click NEXT.
3. Click Trouble signing in?.
4. Click SEND to send instructions to your email on how to recover your password
5. Click the link in the email.
6. Enter a new password and click SAVE.
