Should I sign in using a Gmail account or another email?
Last Updated about a month ago

You can sign in a few ways to The Journey Online - with a password or without. See details about each option below:

Password Login

If you choose to set up a password for your Journey Online account, there are two options based on whether you have a Google-hosted email address or something else. If the email you are using is Gmail or any other Google-hosted domain (you log in to your email through Gmail), click the Sign in with Google button. This will take you to enter the username and password you use when you sign in to your email normally. If the email is of a different type, click the Sign in with email button. This will take you to a place to verify your email, if it is your first time, and then set up a password. Once you have set up your password in the system, you will enter your email and password to log in.

Passwordless Login

If you would prefer not to use a password for your account, The Journey Online has a passwordless login. You can click the Send link to email or Send code to phone buttons. The login link will be sent to your email, or a code to your phone. Simply click that link or enter the code, and you will be logged in. You will have needed to have linked your phone number to your account already in order to use the phone option. See below for instructions on linking your phone number.

I can't find my passwordless login link in my email

Make sure you check your spam and other folders. Sometimes the login link can end up there. It could sometimes also take a few minutes to show up. If you cannot find it, feel free to reach out to us by opening a ticket.
