Let's Reset

  1. Close all other tabs that may have The Journey Online open.
  2. Log out and refresh The Journey Online.
  3. Click 'Send link to email' and enter your email.
  4. Now, close that tab as well.
  5. Navigate to your email and locate the login link. Make sure it is the most recent one from this login attempt (it may take a few seconds).
  6. Now click the link to log in.
